Spentaman - The Holy Spirit

Spentaman - the 'Life-increasing Spirit' , the Holy Spirit or the Spirit of God.

Spentaman presents to us as both Spentamantor and Spentamania.

Spentamantor appears as a being outside of us who changes out minds, by bringing wisdom, changing values, developing the abilities of the mind and enlivening the life-loving energies of the soul.

Spentamania is the 'spirit of life-promotion' within us. It is the kind of energy or spirit that enables us to be a good force in the world.


Opposed to Spentaman is Angraman who is the 'Life-Decreasing Spirit' or 'Evil Spirit'.
